This event is fun for all ages – don’t miss it. The opening ceremony last night had lots of music, German “beverages”, and great food. Join the fun….be sure to stop by our booth and say “hi”. We’re having drawings on the hour for Starbucks cards and a grand prize drawing on Sunday afternoon for a Nintendo Wii.

David and I are there Saturday and Sunday to answer your real estate questions. John Mills and Sara Davis, of the Mills Davis Mortgage Team, will also be there to answer any mortgage or credit questions you may have.

Well it’s that time of year again … and we are proud to be one of the sponsors for Fort Belvoir’s 13th Annual Oktoberfest! Be certain to mark your calendars for October 2 – 5, next weekend. The kids will certainly remind once you drive down Rte 1 past Fort Belvoir and see the tents and Carnival!
